This is PROJECT It looks like an almost done, upcycle project with a camo tank top and a quilted skirt. The hem is raw with a raw slit on one seam – not sure if it was intentional. It looks like a very cool project that someone didn’t finish and we ended up with. If you’re an upcycler, this might be a good find for you – the person designing it had an eye for mixing patterns. Happy and Free Upcycled Tee Dress. Made from colorful Happy and Free tee and a patchwork of vintage and upcycled fabrics. This one ties in the back, so it can be made tighter. My dresses are made with 100% upcycled and vintage fabrics. All items are serged and/or double stitched. Measurements: The tee is a size Medium. Shown on my small mannequin. Please see measurements.
