99% Cotton & 1% Elastane. That is how I received them. The fabric on the top half is a little sheer but the bottom half is solid & has a silky satin look & feel to it. Again I want to stress that the fabric is very very lightweight & the dresses are flimsy but if you are looking for a very thin lightweight fabric dress this is one of them!
