This Fabulous dress has a Royal Blue Satin polyester material , so it is stretchy, gathers up both sides with ruffle on one side that both straps are connected , also has a rhinestone accent . Skirting is gathered that is full at the bottom , mermaid style . Dress is fully lined with a matching material . Top is sleeveless , with a built in bra, zips up the back . Label says size 11/12 – Measures , 63″ long in front 65″ long in back , 38″ bust , 30″ waist , 38″ hips.
