Lovely vintage style fit and flare 100% cotton dress by the British company Seasalt of Cornwall. The pattern is called Deco Gulls Marine. Size UK 8 petite. PTP laid flat is 16 inches. Waist laid flat is 13.5 inches. Length is 39 inches. Soft cotton voile lining. Side zip. Medium blue background with off white birds. New with tag, never worn except tried on only. ( I bought the wrong size and did not return). No stains odors or tears. These dresses are very expensive in retail.
